News told that Hitler assumed command of the army,
Yesterday December 23 we were shut up in the ghettos,
I'm working today because I want to be happy,
For a few days the Jewish community has been feverish,
The survivors will be smiling away.

Right now I am dying
I knew this would happen one day,
but what is the use in trying,
why is it that we all have to pay,
for living a life, death comes to hold you tight,
right now I'm trying to forget that i am dying,
it just isn't right , but it all ends tonight,
I guess this is it, I'm just done trying,
